Today I came across the work of Czech photographer Radek Severa who has some striking landscape photography that illustrate some of the techniques and principles that we’ve spoken about on dPS numerous times (some of which go against convention).
All these landscapes were shot with a telephoto lens (between 100-300mm).
All were framed in such a way that the sky/horizon were not present in the image. Many of Radeks images use pattern, leading lines, colour, contrast and even square framing.
